I wanted to change the dates on my initial reservation but was told they had to issue a voucher which did not work. Then they said they needed a supervisor which they could not find. Finally after an hour on the phone they told me someone would call back, which they did not!

Our hockey team was suppose to play in Escanaba and that is 3 hrs away from where we live. And last minute they decided to cancel our game on Friday February 27th. I called as soon as I found out Friday morning. Then was told i couldn't cancel my room. Our reservation were for Saturday 28th check in time 4:00.I had no control over what was happening. And to drive 3 hrs just to stay in a room for nothing would of costed me more money I didn't need to lose out on.
Can I see my flights here?
Good Morning,, I have been trying to get a REFUND because we had to Cancel for Loss of Job,, We cancelled on 05/31/2026 and Our Reservations were NOT until 06/11 and 06/12/2026;; Talking with a COMPUTER that went by Jason gave us Support Refund Clain # and said NO Problem,, We only Received 380.00 Refund out of 1,514.00,, When my Wife made these Reservations they Claimed to be Hyatt Representatives but are NOT,, I have tried several times but all I get is Jason at Support and it;s a Damn Computer,, I am going to CALL HYATT MANAGEMENT to let them know People with this Zendesk, etc is acting as HYATT STAFF,, I will keep on until I either get my REFUND or you will not be able to do this ONLINE any longer,,You have my Email to let me know something,, I have Support Claim Numbers.Itinerary,, etc when you need them,, I will wait until Tuesday 06/09/2026 before I call HYATT MANAGEMENT,, Larry Simmons

Hyatt has some scammers working for their reservations. I booked a room for 5 nights and they gave the rate of $388 and now the total bill is $3,100. They have taxes and fees at 58% of the room rate??? Normal amounts range from 10-18%. My room is 60 days out and no refund…WTH???
